Ordering.  For ordering items from the web site the easiest option is to ring  (01502 564120) with a credit card to hand.I process all major cards,I don't store any customers personal details anywhere.Google checkout buttons are shown for some items,prices are for a single item and include post to UK ONLY.

Overseas and larger orders.  Call or mail for a price for non UK delivery,Iship worldwide.Discount on postage available for multiple orders ,bigger items sent by a choice of carriers.

Payment.  Fastest,easiest way is to ring with a credit card to hand.Cheques or post orders in pounds sterling also accepted,made out to baconsdozen.Paypal is also accepted (please contact us for details)..Cash at senders risk.I can send you a Google or Paypal invoice if required.

Guarantees and returns.  I only sell tools etc fit for purpose and have been doing so from this location for some twelve years.Returns by arrangement,I will not refund postage just because you've changed your mind.I do not send on approval.I will replace any tools that are faulty,if I make a mistake with an order I promise to try my best to get it right in the end and to our mutual satisfaction.

Me,being a big head.  I use and understand the tools I sell.Sometimes tools are made specially for Baconsdozen.I often have stuff no one else has either new or second hand,I can often source even obscure long obsolete tools because this is what I do for a living and I've been doing it a long time..
